DROBO professional as a work drive?

The new Drobo Pro, is utilizing iscsi protocol. I'm wondering if digi would play nice with it?

I don't see anything on the hard drive requirements regarding iSCSI.

Since it is over ethernet I wouldn't think it would work.

Not speaking from experience but I would have to agree with injectedsenses. Keep in mind that though something may actually work in Pro Tools just fine, if it causes any problems to your system, they will be the first to remind you that they do not support (insert what you are trying to do here).

I find with Digi, as painful as it is sometimes, that it is usually best to play by the rules.
